A Ranch Home Shaped by Light and Landscape
This comprehensive renovation of a 1950s ranch house modernized the layout for a family of four while respecting the home's original architecture. The project opened the kitchen to adjacent living areas, updated all bathroom bathrooms, and strengthened connections between interior spaces and the expansive rear yard. A restrained material palette of white cabinetry, Quartzite countertops, and oak flooring unifies the interior.

Reconfigured Kitchen
The kitchen now connects visually to the dining and living areas while maintaining its efficient layout. White cabinetry, quartzite counters, and a contrasting island provide ample storage and workspace.
Connection to the Yard
New sliding glass doors and French doors create multiple access points to the generous backyard, improving natural light and making the outdoor space an extension of daily family life.
Entry Improvements
A new front porch with timber detailing and pergola structure defines the entry sequence and adds architectural character to the facade.

This renovation gave us exactly what we were looking for—a home that works for how we live and where we plan to stay for many years to come
